Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website alsoftia.com and the Alsoftia advertising spend tracking application (together, the "Service"), operated by Alsoftia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Alsoftia is a reporting tool that connects, with your authorization, to the Google Ads accounts you can access and displays advertising cost data in a consolidated dashboard. The Service is read-only with respect to your Google Ads accounts: it does not create, modify or delete campaigns, budgets, bids or any other account configuration.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You may only connect Google accounts and ad accounts you are authorized to access. Connecting accounts you do not have permission to access is a violation of these Terms.

3. Google authorization

The Service uses Google's OAuth 2.0 system. By connecting a Google account you grant Alsoftia the permissions shown on Google's consent screen, which we use as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this authorization at any time via your Google Account permissions page or inside the Service. Your use of Google Ads remains subject to Google's own terms and policies.

4. Plans, trials and payment

• The Service is offered in subscription plans (currently Bronze, Silver and Gold) with the features and limits described on our pricing page.
• During early access, plans may be offered free of charge. When paid billing begins, we will inform you in advance; no charge will occur without your consent.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party right;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or our infrastructure;
• Reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent;
• Use the Service to build a competing product by systematic extraction of its functionality;
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Your data

You retain all rights to the data synchronized into your workspace. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the Service. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data and request deletion at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logo and content (excluding your data), is owned by Alsoftia and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. Google Ads™ is a trademark of Google LLC; Alsoftia is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Spend figures are retrieved from the Google Ads API and may be delayed or adjusted by Google; the authoritative record of your advertising costs is always your Google Ads account and billing documents. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose; (b) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on data displayed in the Service; and (c) our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence.
