This Privacy Policy describes how Alsoftia ("Alsoftia", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our website at alsoftia.com and our advertising spend tracking application (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Alsoftia provides software that helps advertisers and agencies monitor advertising costs across the Google Ads accounts they manage, in a single reporting dashboard. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

Account information: your name and email address when you create an Alsoftia account or contact us.
Communications: messages you send to our support channels.

2.2 Information received from Google APIs

When you choose to connect your Google account, you authorize Alsoftia through Google's official OAuth 2.0 consent screen. We request the following scopes:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords — used to read reporting data from the Google Ads accounts you can access: account identifiers and names, currency codes, campaign identifiers and names, dates, and cost/spend metrics.
userinfo.email — used to read your Google account email address so we can identify your workspace and show you which Google account is connected.

We access Google Ads data in read-only fashion: Alsoftia never creates, modifies, pauses or deletes campaigns, budgets, bids, audiences or any other configuration in your Google Ads accounts. We do not access your Google password at any time.

2.3 Information collected automatically

Usage and log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, used for security and to operate the Service.
Cookies: we use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in (session cookies). We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the application.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above exclusively to:

Provide the core functionality of the Service: retrieving, storing and displaying advertising spend data from the Google Ads accounts you selected;
Keep your dashboard up to date through scheduled synchronization;
Authenticate you and secure your account;
Respond to your support requests;
Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing targeting, we do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use disclosure. Alsoftia's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we only use Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Service; we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice to you; we do not use it for serving advertisements; and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when aggregated and anonymized.

4. How we store and protect your data

All communication between your browser, our servers and Google's APIs is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS.
OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard symmetric encryption before being stored in our database.
Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by authentication controls.
We retain advertising spend data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Infrastructure providers (hosting and database services) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, solely to operate the Service;
Authorities, when required by applicable law or valid legal process.

6. Your choices and rights

6.1 Revoking Google access

You can disconnect your Google account from Alsoftia at any time, in either of two ways:

Inside the Service, by removing the connection from your account settings; or
Directly with Google, at myaccount.google.com/permissions, by removing Alsoftia's access.

Once access is revoked, Alsoftia can no longer retrieve any data from your Google account.

6.2 Deleting your data

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data — including all data obtained from Google APIs — by emailing [email protected]. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm it to you.

6.3 Access and correction

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccurate data, through the same contact address. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection laws (such as the GDPR or the Brazilian LGPD), which we will honor.

7. Data retention

We keep your account information and synchronized spend data while your account is active. If you delete your account, revoke access, or request deletion, associated data is removed from our production systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
